What is CBD?
CBD or cannabidiol is a type of cannabinoid, a chemical that’s naturally found in cannabis plants. It can come from the marijuana plant or in our case the hemp plant. It happens to be the second-most prevalent cannabinoid occurring in cannabis and is completely separate from THC. CBD is just one cannabinoid. Cannabinoids are 21-carbon molecules that block or stimulate endocannabinoid receptors. It’s known that other cannabinoids, such as THC, THCV, CBN and CBD, bind to CB1 and/or CB2 receptors, just as do the brain’s own naturally occurring cannabinoids – AEA and 2 AG.
What is the difference between hemp and marijuana?
Hemp and marijuana are both types of cannabis. Whereas marijuana contains a cannabinoid known as THC, which causes a high and is known as a drug, hemp contains negligible amounts of THC, does not cause a high and is not considered to be a drug.
Where does Love Me Hemp CBD come from?
The CBD in our products is derived from the hemp plant and is Farm Bill compliant. Our products have little to no THC. Any product with less than 0.3% THC is legal per the Farm Bill of 2018. All of our CBD comes from within the United States.
Are the products organic?

Do you test for potency, pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals and residual solvents?

Is CBD legal?
The 2018 Farm Bill declared that CBD derived from the hemp plant is legal in all 50 states. However CBD can be produced from the marijuana plant and that is not legal in all 50 states. Please check the CBD products you purchase and make sure they are derived from hemp and not marijuana.
Is this product with Delta-8-THC derived from hemp legal?
HEMP-derived Delta-8-THC is legal according to many state laws, such as in Florida (our headquarters location). Like federal law, Florida specifically legalized all derivatives, cannabinoids, and isomers of HEMP, including all tetrahydrocannabinols other than Delta-9-THC, which is found only in marijuana, not in hemp.
How to take Delta-8 gummies?
You may want to start with 5mg, which is half of a 10mg gummie. You may take up to 20mg as tolerated, which is two 10mg gummies at a given time. In the case you may need more milligrams, consult your physician as Kala Organics Hemp-derived Delta-8 25mg gummies are also available.
What side effects or special considerations should people be aware of when using Delta-8 gummies?
